Something marvelous about having nothing to do… Allows you to just move around, and go with the flow of life. It’s meant staying up late, and sleeping later than I normally do. It’s meant just going to walk around with the kids, or hanging on the beach. Sunday, it meant walking to retrieve a car, and finding this little fella hanging out the cutout of his neighbor’s fence.

Today, it meant walking to the local farmers market and then to a bakery before riding down to the beach for three hours of sun, rest and recreation.

Tonight, who knows what it will bring… but I will wander, and discover, relax and manage to focus on all the big and little things that matter… and set aside the thing over which I have no control.
